Who is this designed for?
My Proposal Coach is designed to be used by individuals working in proposals, bids and capture roles. However line managers may find the tool useful for assessing employees attributes and creating bespoke learning and development plans.
Individuals
Privately self-assess your level of competency against a set of best practice skills and see anonymously, how you measure up against others in similar roles.
Managers
Line managers can use the tool as a learning and development platform for some of all of your team members. You'll need to answer it based on your perception of competency level. You will then receive the results for that individual.
